I have really enjoyed this module as it has gave me an insight into the fashion industry and having my own business.

It has made me see what type of the fashion idustry i want to go into, which is either setting up my own business or working as a fashion buyer.

i think i could of improved more by selling more dresses and putting them in more shops.

but overall we did well as a group to make £396 out of a £10 business.

Butterfly farm

An example of hypereal outdoors is a butterfly farm.

I visited a butterfly farm in stratford upon avon.

Butterflies are usually know to be creatures of the outdoors, but in this case they were all indoors, thus creating the effect of hypereality.

Visting th butterfly fam was the starting point to my research, i was able to capture some inspirational imagery, colours, and shapes from the butterflies wings.

Hypereal Outdoors

Hypereal outdoors is something almost stereotypical in terms of making something seem real when its not, it is just made to look the same.


Hypereal in terms of fine art- involving or characterized by particular realistic graphic representation.


Hyper-reality is almost the inability to distinguish between realisty and fantasy.
a place that looks and seems real but is'nt, it is false, made to look like the place it is ment to be.
